COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES
May 1st, 2012
The Finance, Service, Engineering and Gorman Farm Committee met at 5:30 pm on May 1, 2012 Present during the meeting were Council Committee members Hartman and Schaefer. Council member Albrinck was unable to attend. Councilmember Vonderhaar was interested and in attendance. Also at the meeting was James Jeffers.
The committee was presented with comment from James Jeffers about the Phase II plans for the Thru the Valley Project. The construction phase of the project has been delayed. James Jeffers reduced the comments to writing and they are attached hereto.
The meeting adjourned at 6:50 pm.
